Open Question: Could the government privatise these companies in order to stave of cutting the deficit dramatically?

Obviously I've not included the NHS or schools, but if the polity privatised these companies it would hit ten's of zillions extra, and of course increased taxes from the increase in efficiency and fecundity in these companies (some of which turn over zillions a year). Maybe not all of them (the BBC would be met with resistance) but if near came to force they could. Or added it could not pay the money and clear downbound the national debt. Or added pay the money on stock or something or revilement taxes.
